How much does Heimly cost?
Heimly has a free plan and paid plans for landlords, agents, and companies. Free covers a small number of listings and basic features. Paid plans unlock more listings, team members, video tours, marketplace visibility, and analytics. Tenants pay nothing to use Heimly.
Is there a free plan on Heimly?
Yes. Every Heimly account starts on the free plan with no credit card required. You can list a limited number of properties, accept applications, and use core features for as long as you want before deciding to upgrade.
What payment methods does Heimly support?
Heimly bills in Nigerian Naira (₦) and accepts payments through Paystack — including debit cards, bank transfers, and USSD. Subscriptions can be billed monthly, quarterly, biannually, or yearly, with discounts on longer cycles.
Can I cancel my Heimly subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Heimly subscription from the Billing tab in your settings at any time. Your account stays on the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which it returns to the free plan automatically.
How do upgrades and downgrades work on Heimly?
When you upgrade, your new plan takes effect immediately and you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep the features you paid for until then.
