Every owner, agent and company proves who they are before they can list. Listings and profiles that pass show a verified badge.
Can I talk to the owner or agent directly?
Yes. Every listing has a Message button, and the conversation stays in your Heimly account.
Is Heimly free?
Searching, saving and applying are free. Landlords can list for free and get 90 days of Pro with no card. Plans are on the pricing page.
I already keep my tenants in a spreadsheet. Can I bring it?
Yes. Upload it and Heimly reads your properties, units, tenants and opening balances, shows any rows that need a fix, then adds them in one go.
Can an agent manage some of my properties?
Yes. Invite an agent and assign the properties you want. They see only those, nothing else.
How do I pay rent through Heimly?
Pay your landlord as you agreed, then report it in My rent. Your receipt is issued as soon as they confirm it.
